We use the information you share to discuss your website, deliver your purchase and provide the services you choose.

What we collect

When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include, such as your name, business details and website address. When you purchase a site, we receive order details and information needed to deliver it, including your email address and payment status. For managed hosting, we also process the website content and images you provide, domain onboarding information and support correspondence.

Payments and hosting

Stripe processes payments and subscription billing. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment information under its privacy policy. Cloudflare hosts this website and our platform, stores site and order information, and processes request data such as IP addresses for service operation and security. Cookies and tracking

This marketing website does not add analytics or advertising tracking. Our purchase and account pages use necessary session cookies to give you access to your own order and downloads. Cloudflare and Stripe may use necessary technologies to secure and operate their services.

How we use and share information

We use your information to respond to you, process purchases, deliver downloads, manage hosting, prevent misuse and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate these services. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep inquiry and order records as needed for support and recordkeeping. Managed site content is retained for 30 days after hosting is suspended, then scheduled for deletion. Order and payment records may need to be retained longer. Contact us if you would like to ask about the information we hold or request correction or deletion; legal and operational recordkeeping requirements may affect what we can delete.
