These terms describe website purchases and managed hosting from CWP Sites. We agree on the specific redesign and scope with you before you purchase.

Your website purchase

Each purchase is for a business-specific redesign shown in its preview. The fictional example on this website illustrates our work and is not a customer website for sale. You must have the right to use the business identity, content and images you provide. We verify your relationship to the business during onboarding before connecting an existing domain.

Website redesign + EmDash CMS — $350 USD

A one-time purchase provides your redesigned website source, the full EmDash CMS integration and editor, the shared source packages needed to build your site, an authentic content and media export, a static copy, and setup instructions in a downloadable ZIP after payment. EmDash and other third-party dependencies are installed at their pinned versions and retain their respective licenses.

You or your developer deploy and maintain the CMS in your own hosting account. The included deployment targets Cloudflare Workers with D1, R2 and KV; a static-only host runs the static copy but cannot run the CMS. You arrange and pay for hosting, domain, email and any other provider services. You create your own administrator account and import the supplied content. CWP hosting, deployment assistance, maintenance and ongoing support are separate from this one-time purchase.

Managed website — $350 setup + $50/month

Your initial payment is $400 USD: $350 for setup plus $50 for the first month. The subscription renews at $50 each month from your purchase date until canceled. Payment activates provisioning of your site’s hosting and content editor. Domain connection and other agreed onboarding steps follow with our assistance; launching on your domain depends on receiving the required information and access from you.

The monthly service includes hosting, maintenance, technical SEO and up to 30 minutes of edits or publishing content you supply. Unused assistance time does not roll over. Weekly blog writing, bespoke customization and additional work are available by separate quote. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or sales. You can edit your text, images, posts and business details through the content editor; we manage layout, brand configuration and infrastructure.

Optional weekly content and custom work

We offer weekly blog writing to support useful, relevant content for your customers, and bespoke website customization such as tailored layouts, additional pages, custom features and integrations. These services are quoted separately and are not included in the $350 website purchase or $50/month hosting fee. Before work starts, we confirm feasibility, deliverables, price and timing with you. For weekly content, we also agree on topics, article scope, review and publishing responsibilities, and the publishing schedule. Any third-party services and their costs are identified in the agreed scope.

Your domain and content

You own your domain and retain ownership of the content you provide. We work with you to connect the domain through DNS changes or authorized registrar access. Purchasing our service does not transfer domain ownership to us. You are responsible for accurate business information and having the necessary rights to your content.

All purchases are final

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to website downloads, managed website setup fees, the first hosting month and all monthly renewals. Review your preview and agreed scope before purchasing.

Canceling managed hosting stops future renewals and does not refund payments already made. Hosting continues through the paid period. This policy does not limit any rights required by applicable law. For questions about an order or a billing error, email support@cwpsocial.com.

Canceling managed hosting

You can cancel future renewals through your order’s billing portal or by contacting us. Hosting continues until the end of your paid period. We provide the current static site export and portable content/media backup so you can move elsewhere. After suspension, site data is retained for 30 days, then scheduled for deletion. Download your files during that period.

Failed payments

Failed renewals have a 14-day grace period. If payment remains unresolved, hosting is suspended and the 30-day retention period begins. Contact us promptly to resolve billing and restore your service.
